Welcome to Venom Couture. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site. It’s that simple.

1. General

All products are made to order. By placing an order, you agree that you have reviewed sizing charts, product descriptions, and are purchased at your own discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. All payments are processed securely through our platform’s provider (e.g., Shopify, Stripe).

3. Shipping

We aim to ship within [3–7] business days, though production time may vary. Delays caused by postal services or customs are out of our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged, misprinted, or wrong items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, with photos.

All designs, graphics, and content are property of Venom Couture. Don’t copy our stuff. It’s illegal - and tacky.

We respect your privacy and only use your info to fulfill your order or contact you.

We’re not liable for any damages from the use or misuse of our site or products.

8. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
