At Venom Couture, each item is made-to-order, crafted with intention, and produced sustainably. As a small, independent label - not a fast fashion outlet - we kindly ask you to review our policy before placing an order.
General Policy
Because every piece is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect sizing

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by filling the form here.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly. Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
While returns are not accepted for most reasons, in exceptional cases (such as those outlined above), we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging

All original tags must be attached

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not return items without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Gift cards or sale items
If you're uncertain whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend completing a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
